With over 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Ram is committed to providing outstanding dental care. He earned his dental degree from BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Nepal in 2011 and completed a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2016. In 2020, he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine with high honors from Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Ram’s expertise lies in oral surgery, including wisdom teeth removal and dental implant procedures, alongside a full range of general dental services. Passionate about lifelong learning, he regularly engages in continuing education to stay updated with modern techniques and advancements in dental materials. He is also a published author with contributions to both national and international dental journals.

In recognition of his clinical excellence, Dr. Ram received an award from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and was named a Top Dentist in Malden, MA, by America’s Best Doctors. He is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS), and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).

Beyond his dental practice, Dr. Ram enjoys cooking, watching films, and spending quality time with his wife, their two children, and their dog, Simbha.

Dr. Pradeep Bholla earned his dental degree in 2005 and completed his residency in Prosthodontics in 2009 at Saveetha University in Chennai, India. His pursuit of advanced education led him to Boston University, where he achieved his Doctorate of Dental Medicine. With over 14 years of clinical experience, Dr. Bholla provides expert care in cosmetic dentistry, implants, dentures, crowns and bridges, veneers, Invisalign, smile makeovers, and full-mouth rehabilitation. He has also held an academic role as an Assistant Professor at Penang University, mentoring future dental professionals.

His dedication to continuous growth in the field was recognized with a Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2016, followed by the esteemed Diplomate credential in 2018. He is also a certified Invisalign provider and an engaged member of the Digital Smile Design community.

Known for his precise technique and caring approach, Dr. Bholla is committed to delivering personalized, high-quality care with a gentle touch.

When he’s not in the clinic, Dr. Bholla enjoys traveling, following and playing cricket and badminton, and experimenting with new recipes. He treasures spending time with his wife, Dr. Vamsi Kalepu, and their two children.

Rajina Manandhar brings warmth and helpfulness to every interaction at Malden Cosmetic Dentistry & Implants. She serves a dual role, contributing both as a Front Desk Coordinator and a Dental Assistant, always striving to offer the best care and service to patients and the staff alike. She is known for her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to manage appointments and busy schedules with ease. She adapts seamlessly between administrative and clinical responsibilities.

Rajina is always in a learning mood. In her free time she enjoys learning, travelling with families and friends, watching movies that adds to her well rounded and approachable personality.

Dental Assistant

Skand Yadav is a dedicated and versatile professional with a strong background in healthcare, public service, and real estate. He currently works as a Dental Assistant at Malden Cosmetic Dentistry & Implants (MCDI), where he supports dentists in delivering high-quality patient care through clinical assistance, sterilization protocols, and patient education.

With fluency in several languages including Hindi, Nepali, Maithili, and Bhojpuri, Skand is known for building meaningful connections and providing exceptional service across diverse communities.

In addition to his healthcare role, Skand is a licensed Real Estate Agent with eXp Realty and a Clerk with the United States Postal Service.

Dental Intern

Kenny has been a valued member of the Malden Cosmetic Dentistry & Implants team for over a year, receiving his dental assistant training at both the Malden and Medford locations. What he finds most rewarding about dentistry is its power to make an immediate, positive impact on a person's quality of life.

He’s particularly drawn to the field for its unique combination of art and science—where technical skill meets creativity to help restore both function and confidence. As a dental assistant, Kenny enjoys preparing instruments for sterilization and appreciates the opportunity to hear the diverse life stories patients share during their visits.

Outside the office, Kenny is a proud graduate of Tufts University (Class of 2025), where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Biotechnology. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Biology while getting ready to apply to dental school. When he’s not studying or assisting chairside, you’ll often find Kenny tending to his ever-growing plant collection or baking sweet treats to share with family and friends.

Bhoomika, a graduate of Banasthali Vidyapith in India, plays a key role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations at Malden Cosmetic Dentistry & Implants. With a strong background in dental office management, she skillfully oversees front desk coordination, billing, financial management, and overall workflow.

A natural leader, Bhoomika promotes a collaborative and efficient team environment, always prioritizing patient-centered care. Her keen attention to detail, along with her warm and approachable nature, helps foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for both patients and staff.

Outside of work, Bhoomika enjoys traveling, photography, and trying new cuisines. She finds motivation and strength in the love and encouragement of her friends and family, which inspires her commitment to excellence in all that she does.
